Q1:  The fan is not working.
A1:  Check the cable is connected or not,or the batteries are empty;if the batteries are empty,
       connect the AC adapter to power;
 
Q2:   The fan can not shake.
A2:   Check the toggle switch is up or down
 
Q3:  The fan can not recharged.
A3:  1.Check the AC adapter if it is damaged or not,please replace the AC adapter.
       2.Check the batteries are connected or not;
